• Tickets to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safaris, etc., are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the inclusions.

• We reserve the right to issue a full refund if services cannot be fulfilled due to technical reasons.

• Ensure all guests’ passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

• Visa facilitation is provided, but granting of visa is at the discretion of the Embassy. No refund will be provided if a visa is rejected or delayed.

Hotel

• Hotels may require an advance/security deposit at check-in, refundable at check-out minus any minibar, damage, or late check-out charges.

• In tropical areas like Bali, mosquitoes and insects are common; repellents are recommended.

• In Ubud, snakes may occasionally appear in hotel gardens; avoid walking barefoot after dark and follow hotel guidelines.

• Any tickets or costs for children are based on age provided at booking; extra charges may apply on-site if height or passport information differs.

Indonesia-Specific Guidelines

• Effective 1-Sept-2025, travelers must declare arrival information via the AllIndonesia Mobile App or online at https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id up to 3 days before entering Indonesia.

• Customs Declaration must be completed online before arrival in Bali. Form available at https://ecd.beacukai.go.id/ or at the airport.

• If visiting Nusa Penida, a donation of IDR 25,000 per person is required at the harbour as per local regulations.

• Drivers in Bali speak basic English and provide limited information; a licensed guide can be arranged at extra cost for detailed tours.

• Vehicles are provided based on the number of travelers; extra charges apply if additional or larger vehicles are needed for oversized luggage.

• Seat-in-coach (SIC) transfers are shared with other passengers. Guests should arrive 5 minutes before pickup; waiting 30–45 minutes may occur due to traffic or other pickups.

• Private tour/transfer timing changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance via Telegram; last-minute changes cannot be accommodated.
